License Validation Error: There may be a delay between when the Washington DOL updates a license and when our system can validate it. If your license does not validate in the form, please email sar@spokanerealtors.com your full name, license number, the office you are joining, and your Designated Broker’s name so we can update it. After that is complete, you will be able to return and finish the form.
