SMART FORM: The signup form will adjust questions based on your answers to sign you up for the correct membership type.

LICENSE VALIDATION ERROR: There may be a delay between when the Washington DOL updates a license and when our system can validate it. If your license does not validate in the form, please email sar@spokanerealtors.com your full name, license number, the office you are joining, and your Designated Broker’s name so we can update it. After that is complete, you will be able to return and finish the form.

ACCOUNT ACCESS: Once your membership application and payment is submitted online, you will recieve an email within a few minutes granting you access to your account.

PAYMENT: Your itemized prorated amount due will be displayed at the end of the application and must be paid before submission. See below for joining rates.

SENTRIKEY: Lockbox access can be added during the application process for REALTOR® members. If you are joining as an MLS Only member (a REALTOR® who holds membership through another association), you can purchase a SentriKey subscription through your member portal after your application has been completed and processed.
