This training workshop, conducted by the Center for Community Progress, will provide insight on understanding property market dynamics, analyzing data to understand neighborhood conditions, and strategic code enforcement strategies. Participants will also learn about available enforcement tools and how they can be applied effectively, efficiently and equitably to address vacant, abandoned, and deteriorated properties.
